Almost there!

Check your inbox to get your Free Lesson Pack

Thanks for signing up! There's just one quick step left before your pack is on its way.

How to get your pack

1

Check your inbox. I've just sent you an email asking you to confirm you'd like to receive the download. It can take a few minutes to arrive.

2

Click the button in the email. This confirms your sign-up and starts your download.

3

Give it a moment. Your pack will download automatically to whatever device you're using: phone, computer or tablet. Please don't click away or close the page until it's finished.

4

Unzip the pack. Your pack comes as a .zip file, which bundles everything together (tab, backing tracks and so on). You'll need to open (unzip) it to get to the files. See below for how.

How to open your .zip file

Windows: right-click the file and choose "Extract All", then open the new folder.

Mac: double-click the file and a folder with everything inside will appear next to it.

iPhone or iPad: open the Files app, go to Downloads and tap the zip file. A folder will appear next to it with everything inside.

Android: open the Files or My Files app, go to Downloads, tap the zip file and choose "Extract".

Tip: the pack is easiest to use on a computer, where you can print the PDF and play the backing tracks while you practise.

Can't find the email?

Check all your email folders, including Spam, Junk, Promotions, Social and Updates. Sometimes it doesn't land in your main inbox.

If you find it there, move it to your main inbox and add me to your contacts so you don't miss future lessons.

Can't find the download?

Your device may have saved it somewhere unexpected. Try these:

  • On a computer: look in your Downloads folder, or search for "James Shipway" or the name of the lesson.
  • On an iPhone or iPad: open the Files app and look in Downloads.
  • On Android: open the Files or My Files app and look in Downloads.

Any problems?

Just email me at [email protected] and I'll make sure you get your pack.
